Return Process

  Log into your Fishpond account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
